This method is the chosen method of professional power washing contractors who have the proper equipment, including safety. Homeowners often prefer the spray and leave on method or "the mother nature" method. To clean stains without rinsing just apply and let the rain will do the rinsing. Allow 60 days to pass before reapplying If needed.
