We offer three sizes to match your training style: a 4.7 ft bar weighing 5.58 kg (12.3 lb), a 6 ft bar weighing 7 kg (15.4 lb), and a 7 ft bar weighing 8.5 kg (18.7 lb). Each bar features a 1” diameter grip and sleeves designed for standard plates with 1” openings, along with 1.2 mm diamond knurling for a secure hold. Built with a 50,000 PSI tensile strength and a 350 lb weight capacity, these bars are stiff with zero whip—making them an excellent choice for powerlifting movements where stability is key.
