Southwire MV & LV Armor SPEC 43702

Southwire's UL 1569-compliant MC-HL ARMOR-X Instrumentation Cables are ideal for installations per NEC Article 330, serving process control, instrumentation, and general use in manufacturing, industrial, and commercial distribution systems. These cables feature 7-strand copper conductors insulated with nylon-covered PVC, with paired conductors in black, white, and alpha-numeric prints. Each pair boasts an aluminum polyester foil shield with 100% coverage and a tinned drain wire. The overall assembly is similarly shielded and suited for cable trays, raceways, conduit, aerial use, and direct burial. Rated for -40°C to 90°C and Class I Div I hazardous locations, the inner jacket is black PVC with a nylon rip cord, and the outer jacket is black PVC. They are suitable for Class I, II, and III, Division 1 and 2 hazardous locations per NEC Articles 501, 502, and 503.
