The Roto-Shake Genie, from Scientific Industries, is designed to provide rotating, rocking and 3-D orbital shaking in one compact, durable and user-friendly unit. A magnetic stainless steel platform (part no. SI-1320) easily converts from rocking to rotating and securely holds a non-skid metal rocker tray, various spring-clip mounting plates and bag mounting strips (Part No. 0M-1126-201). An optional 3-D orbital shaker attachment transforms the unit into an orbital shaker. Rotating and rocking speeds can be easily adjusted with the fingertip speed control knob. The roto-shake genie is supplied with a magnetic platform (Part No. SI-1320), 1 clip plate each for 10-13mm tubes, 15-17mm tubes, and 28-30mm tubes (Part Nos. SI-1123, SI-1124 and SI-1125, respectively), 4 magnetic bag mounting strips (Part No. 0M-1126-201) and non-skid tray (Part No. 0A-1100-070). The roto-shake genie is ideal for mixing or washing of any sample type in life science, chemical, clinical/hospital, food, cosmetic or environmental laboratories and can withstand temperatures from 0 degree Celsius - 38 degree Celsius to allow operation in cold rooms and incubators. Measures 20" width by 10.5" height by 9.9" depth. 12" Depth with rocker tray. Weight 11.8 kg. Rocking speed 10-70 cycles per minute, rotating speed 5-35 rpm and orbital shaking speed 2-70 rpm.
