The Standard Version kit also includes a single-15mm-rod support that connects the matte box to your devices, such as camera cage or baseplate, providing support for the weight of the matte box as well as increasing lens stability. The added benefit of this matte box is that there are 6 mounts at the back of it for installing the single-15mm-rod clamp or for attaching extra accessory, and this provides more options for installing or hanging the matte box.
