Pearls & Jade Pothos, or Epipremnum Pearls & Jade, is an amazing vine houseplant, the coloring and size of leaves of which differs from other pothos plants. The coloring consists of spots of white, green and grayish shades. It is noteworthy that it is not possible to find the same leaves on one plant. There are some longitudinal white stripes on the green stems of plant. This unusual beauty can be a great decoration indoors, climbing along the walls or shelves or even interwine with other plants, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the house. It is easy-to-grow evergreen houseplant, unpretentious to any growing conditions, well known for its ability to filter the indoor air, which improves mood and removes stress after hard working day. It grows best in bright spots with no direct sunlight. It can tolerate partial shade as well. Water the plant with approximately 1 glass of room temperature water when the top few inches of soil seem to be on drier side to the touch (about once a week depending on the growing conditions). Don’t let the plant sit in soggy soil. Pearls & Jade Pothos is shipped in 8” hanging basket. The plant prefers high level of air humidity. Pearls & Jade Pothos must be watered systematically, and moistened with a sprayer. It doesn’t stand drafts, which have negative effect on the plant. Feed the plant with balanced mineral fertilizer for vine plants or compound mineral fertilizer for houseplants during growing season once in two-three weeks. The height of the plant shipped varies from 18” to 22” which is measured from the bottom of the pot to the very top of the plant. The width of the plant is between 14” to 18”. The repotting of the plant is made once in a few years in the early spring, since the soil can lose all its useful properties during this time. The pot should be just a little bigger.
